Thank you for shopping with 8BallThreads! We want you to love what you buy, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet these conditions:
✅ Timeframe: Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
✅ Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ Proof of Purchase: Valid order number or receipt required.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, damaged, or altered items
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Gift cards or sale items
🔄 Exchange Policy
Need a different size or item? Here’s how it works:

Email Us First: Contact info.8ballthreads@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Requested exchange item/size (subject to availability) - Return Original Item: Once approved, ship the original item back to us (at your cost) in new condition.
- Exchange Processed: After inspection, we’ll ship your new item (shipping costs apply).
⚠ Important:
- Exchanges only for sizing issues (no refunds).
- No guarantees on availability of exchange stock.
- Double-check your size before ordering – we don’t issue refunds for incorrect sizing.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for:
🔹 Incorrect items sent by us.
🔹 Damaged/defective items evaluated out our discretion (provide photos ASAP).
Process:
1. Email us at info.8ballthreads@gmail.com within 7 days.
2. Return the item with our authorization (buyer covers return shipping).
3. Refund issued within 15 business days after inspection.
🚚 Return Shipping
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a tracked courier – we’re not liable for lost packages.
- Include the return authorization number inside the package.
