Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout South Africa. If you are outside of South Africa, please email us at info.8ballthreads@gmail.com to request custom shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping option:

Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: R100

Note: Free shipping will be applied to all orders over R1500.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info.8ballthreads@gmail.com

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
